The Process

How an install works

Three steps. No prices, no pitch — a plan. The heavy lifting is ours; your part takes about two hours.

1

Ops Audit

We map where your business leaks time and money.

2

Install

We build the first system into your tools — live in days.

3

Run

We keep it running, measured, and improving — every month.

Step 1

Ops Audit

We map where your business leaks time and money.

We walk your business front to back: how an enquiry becomes a job, how a job becomes cash, and where things go quiet in between.
You get a prioritized system plan — which chaos costs you most, which system removes it, and what order to install in.
The plan is yours to keep, whoever you hire to build it. No lock-in, no pitch inside the audit.
Walk-away artifact: your prioritized system plan

Step 2

Install

We build the first system into your tools — live in days.

Day 1: we map your current process with you — that's most of your involvement.
Days 2–3: we build — the process, the one-page SOPs, the automations, the dashboard — inside the tools you already use.
Day 4: go-live with your team. Day 5: handover — a 20-minute walkthrough, and it's running.
Your total time cost: about 2 hours

Step 3

Run

We keep it running, measured, and improving — every month.

We watch the numbers weekly and flag stalls before they cost you — a quote going cold, a job stuck at kickoff, an invoice aging.
The system gets refined as your business changes: new job types, new staff, new steps.
You read a short Monday summary. You watch the numbers, not the machinery.
Month over month: the system compounds

Not Another Tool. Not Another Layer of Complexity.

We don't replace your tools — we organize them.
We don't add complexity — we remove it.
We don't give advice and leave — we install working systems.

The goal is simple: make your business easier to run.

Let's Bring Structure to Your Business

The audit's system plan is yours to keep — whoever you hire to build it.

No pressure. Just clarity.
